Inc. magazine today ranked Hatch Realty No. 3291 on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, which highlights the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent small businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow and many others gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
Revenue and growth are two factors affecting a company’s ranking. In the report, Hatch Realty’s 3-year sales growth was 119 percent.
“This is our third year on the list of fastest growing companies in the United States, which tells us a lot,” says Erik Hatch, owner and founder of Hatch Realty. “It tells us we’re doing good things and that our community is backing what we’re doing.”
Hatch Realty was one of nine North Dakota companies to make the list, and the only ND real estate brokerage represented. The other eight North Dakota companies making the list: CoSchedule, Haga Kommer, PRx Performance, BNG team, Discovery Benefits, Myriad Mobile, Thomsen Homes and Pedigree Technologies. Of the ND companies represented, CoSchedule was ranked highest at 153rd in the nation.
The 2018 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and the top 500 companies will be featured in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands August 15). The average company on the list achieved three-year growth of 538.2 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $206.1 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 664,095 jobs over the past three years.
