Like most couples, Claire and Brandon had some nervous moments as they prepared to list their home. “Stress levels were high, as they are with any real estate transaction,” says Claire. On top of that, the “aspect of relocating out of state” only added to their stress, Claire continues.

After recently selling her North Fargo home, Sally and was kind enough to tell us about her experience working with Hatch Realty’s Natalie Deutsch.

Sally had been looking for Realtors® for a while before contacting Hatch Realty. “I emailed the website and someone answered promptly and sent me Natalie’s name and phone number. She contacted me right away,” says Sally.

For Sally, Natalie’s attention to detail was a really helpful quality. The most impressive thing was when I called her back she knew right away who I was, she’d saved my number. That was the tipping point that made me sign with her... It just floored me I guess,” says Sally.

Being that this was her first time selling a home, finding someone truly helpful was her biggest priority.

Outside the small town of Fairmount, ND we find a unique, private oasis. It’s hard to miss the strong Spanish influences in the structures on the Moon farm. As you drive through the gated driveway you feel like you are on a movie set in the Southwest rather than a sprawling 18 acre farmstead in North Dakota.
