Ali recently purchased her first home in Golden Valley, Minnesota with the assistance of Hatch Realty’s Amanda Smock. Shortly after the closing, we had a chance to sit down and hear about her experience.

After learning about Hatch Realty from family and friends, Ali decided to reach out and begin the process of purchasing her first home. “There are a lot of Realtors in the Minneapolis area, and in Golden Valley, and I chose Hatch Reality because I trusted them and I've had previous friends and families that had a great experience with them and I wanted to check it out for myself,” she says.

Claire and Brandon recently sold their home in Fargo, and purchased another in Plymouth, MN with the help of Hatch Realty’s Rob Margheim and Amanda Smock. Now that they are settled into their new home and community, Claire and Brandon were excited to share their experience with us.

Mitch and Jessie recently purchased a house in North Fargo and were excited to detail their experience working with Hatch Realty’s Emily Duma.

After browsing homes online, Jessie and Mitch received a call from Emily to set up a meeting, and from there things happened fast. “Before we knew it, we were looking at different houses, and a couple weeks later we found our perfect starter-house, and now we just closed today,” says Jessie.

We had the opportunity to sit down with Matt and Alyssa and discuss their experience working with Hatch Realty’s Tyler Heins to close on their dream home only a day before their wedding.

“Tyler contacted me from some inquiries I was making online,” says Alyssa. After the initial contact, Tyler set up a time for a consultation with Matt and Alyssa who described the meeting as “very easy, very laid back. It was if we had known Tyler for a very long time.”

Ryan and Melissa worked with Hatch Realty to purchase their first home together.  After working with Hatch Realty’s, Brandon Raboin, the couple was excited to share their experience.

“Brandon Raboin was always accessible, he was always keeping in contact with us,” says Ryan. He continued to explain how Brandon’s personality and professionalism really made the whole process very enjoyable. “He was friendly, great personality, he’s fun, he jokes but he’s also very good at what he does.”

But for Ryan and Melissa, working with a great Realtor®, wasn’t their only priority.

“We always gravitated towards the homes that had more character,” says Melissa. “A lot of the light fixtures are the original ones from over a hundred years ago.”
